Minimize Taskbar Thumbnail Delayed in Windows 7, with a registry hack

Windows 7 has very great taskbar, but when you do not want to wait for the thumbnails to show, when you hover over an item in the taskbar, a simple registry will speed things up.
We will tell you how to speed up this, but it's always advisable that you take backup of registry before changing it.
Steps to be followed -
1. Press Windows + R to start Run utility, now type regedit in the Run utility and press Enter.
2. Now Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer Advanced \
3. Right click to create a new DWORD value. Name it ExtendedUIHoverTime.
Now, double-click ExtendedUIHoverTime and give it a decimal value '1';.
4. Click OK and exit the Registry Editor. Logoff from your system and log in again to see the effect.
