Most of time we get confused between sleep and hybrid, Out of these two which one to opt for, Now I am going to explain a bit to you.
The answer depends on what you are looking at:
Well, if you look at the Quick switch between active from inactive or temporarily suspended the state, so Sleep mode is more efficient since
all data will be readily available in RAM and therefore there is no reason to treat data from computer hard drives, which would be the case if we let the computer to hybrid.
If you are concerned about data security, it is absolutely the first hibernate mode. The reason is the data written to disk, instead of being temporarily stored in RAM. The disadvantage of storing data on RAM, the data will be lost in case of power failure or an accident closed. If the computer is in 'Hibernate' mode where all data and implement state programs to be stored in the disk drive that will ensure that data is not lost even in case of power failure.
