Trying to get ahead of Gmail Microsoft is continually adding new features for Hotmail. There is a general perception that Hotmail is not as modern as other messaging services. Currently, Microsoft is trying to give a modern look hotmail, not just looking for new features are added to begin hotmail. The feature is new SMS alerts. Now, users of Hotmail can receive free alerts in mobile phones and is not necessary to activate GPRS for that. The next time you want to check hotmail without having to open hotmail. Com. All email alerts will be sent to your Hotmail inbox SMS. This service is offered free of charge and no longer need a GPRS connection to get these alerts. You can also reply to email in your message. You can also filter out SMS alerts by entering your e-mail / domain from which you wish to receive SMS alerts on your PC.


How to start this service - 


To activate this service simply logon to www.mobile.live.com and enter your mobile number in the text box. You will receive a code when you click Send. Their service is activated when the code is entered.
